Yes, this girl has been the talk of the town for the last two years given her infidelity, divorce and now marriage to “the other guy,” but there is no doubting that she has one bangin’ bod. Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal with agave nectar, dried cherries, and walnuts
Mid-Morning Snack: Protein shake after the gym
Lunch: Grilled chicken, a whole wheat pita and hummus
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Half an English muffin with peanut butter and a pear (My fav snack! Sub a banana for an energy boost)
Dinner: Trout with spinach sauteed in garlic and olive oil, and a piece of dark chocolate for dessert. OR when Dean (the “other” guy now her husband) cooks — he makes an amazing turkey meat loaf stuffed with spinach and carrots and tomato sauce on top.

Bottom line though, LeAnn always eats organic — shopping mostly at Wild Oats and Whole Foods — even when she’s traveling! That’s dedication right there.
